Do you? City Café was one of the favorite places to go on Bonaire. In the old days, it was one of the only places to go besides Karel’s. Open for 17 years, City Café had been a part of our lives in one way or another. With live music, bands and DJ’s, City Café was the place where some bands even started their international career. The family atmosphere made it a place where all age groups felt at home. From happy hour, oceanfront dinners and late night entertainment, City Café made it happen.

It was devastating when City Café announced its closing, but they made sure it ended with a bang. December, 2013, was filled with bands, music and fun celebrations before the team really said their goodbyes.
With the hope that City Café will find a new location, many still follow their Facebook page and, of course, visiting the guys at Kite City, the most famous food truck on the island located at Te amo Beach.
Our patience has paid off. Finally we can get together again, the old fashion way.

Festival Program
Get ready and prepared, the mini festival, Remember City, will take place at Coco Beach. The event will run from 5 pm until 2:30 am.
KY3
Kicking off the Festival will be KY3 from Venezuela. Bachata, Merengue and Salsa will fire you up for a fun filled program.
DJSeven
DJ Seven from Curacao will take the stage next.
EA
The night will be in the hands of EA from Venezuela and an all-time favorite at City Café.
EA started their international career at City Café and the band has always been welcomed as family on our island.
Of course, you will find some of your favorite City Café staff members serving your cold drink and Kite City will be on location, feeding you their delicious creations until 9 pm. After that, it is Party Time!!!
