Following the modernization and improvement of our services, TELBO introduced a new billing system. This system ensures that you will be billed in advance for the fixed costs of telephony, TV and/or internet. The variable costs (phone calls) will be charged afterwards at the end of the month.
In the previous billing system, all customers receive an invoice at the end of the corresponding month in which they are billed for the fixed and variable costs of the past month.
Now that your connection has been migrated into the new billing system you will receive an invoice with two monthly charges:
1. The fixed and variable costs of the past month
2. The fixed costs for the next month
As part of the new billing system you will receive a new Account Number (Klantennummer) on your invoice. Please mention your new Account Number when paying through bank.
Customers who object to pay both invoices in one month may apply for deferred payment of the invoice with the fixed and variable costs of the past month.
